- Originality: Must be original content or a fresh version of your expertise. Articles should not be identical to pieces already published elsewhere, but may cover similar themes or perspectives if written uniquely for IndustrialSage.
- Tone: Professional, with actionable insights

- Direct product promotions
- Video content embedded as the primary medium
- Identical or previously published articles
- Overly technical content without practical application
- Content unrelated to the industrial and manufacturing sectors
- Paid guest posts, link insertions, press releases, or SEO-driven content
