The largest project is owned by Associated Wholesale Grocers, Inc., who is investing $300 million for the construction of a 918,000 sf distribution facility in HERNANDO, MS. They will consolidate regional operations upon completion in Spring 2023.

ALBERTA:
Home improvement retail chain is investing $120 million for the construction of a 1 million sf distribution center in CALGARY, AB. Construction has recently started, with completion slated for Fall 2021.

MINNESOTA
Meat processing company is expanding and planning to invest $30 million for the construction of a 200,000 sf refrigerated warehouse in WORTHINGTON, MN. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

ALABAMA:
Global shipping company is planning to invest $41 million for the construction of a 300,000 sf distribution facility at 3801 and 4101 Lakeshore Parkway in BIRMINGHAM, AL. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

FLORIDA:
Home improvement retail chain is planning to invest $63 million for the construction of a distribution center in GIBSONTON, FL. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

ILLINOIS:
Retail company is planning to invest $40 million for the construction of a 1 million sf distribution center at 3501 S. Pulaski Rd. in CHICAGO, IL. They have recently received approval for the project.

INDIANA:
Beverage bottling company is investing $55 million and has recently started the construction of a distribution facility in WHITESTOWN, IN. They will consolidate their distribution operations upon completion in Spring 2021.

NORTH CAROLINA:
Global shipping company is planning to invest $54 million for an expansion of their distribution center at 3100 Flagstone Dr. in GREENSBORO, NC. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

SOUTH CAROLINA:
Department store chain is planning to invest $68 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on their distribution facility in ROCK HILL, SC. They have recently received approval for the project.

WASHINGTON:
Furniture mfr. is planning to invest $63 million for the construction of a 715,000 sf distribution center at 20623 34th Ave E. in TACOMA, WA. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

TEXAS:
Global online retailer is planning to invest $80 million for the construction of a 1 million sf office, warehouse and distribution facility in FORNEY, TX. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in Summer 2020, with completion slated for Summer 2021.
