The COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic has impacted nearly every sector of the economy and with numerous small businesses looking for assistance, Modula has stepped up to help. Modula is one of the premier companies in the world of space-saving solutions. With their proprietary automated storage facilities, manufacturers, warehouses, and order fulfillment centers have turned to Modula for help. With the assistance of the professionals at Modula, businesses are able to continue operating smoothly even in the face of rising cost pressures that have been brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Recently, Modula announced that they are going to be expanding their Telephone Support Agreements (TSAs) to 24 hours per day, seven days per week at no cost to active TSA holders. Furthermore, Modula is going to provide 24/7 support to any customer who is actively fighting the COVID-19 crisis, regardless of their current TSA status. Finally, Modula also announced that they are going to company waive fees that are usually tied to installation delays and cancellations. All of this is done to help businesses remain afloat as they continue to weather the storm created by COVID-19.

Some of the pertinent details from Modula’s announcement include:

  • Everyone customer who has an active TSA is going to be increased to 24/7 support until June 1st at no additional cost
  • Everyone customer who is actively battling COVID-19 is going to receive 24/7 support through June 1st at no additional cost regardless of current TSA status
  • Modula is also going to waive storage fees for all installations that have been postponed due to COVID-19
  • Modula is going to waive cancellation fees for all installations that have been canceled due to COVID-19

Modula is a position whose manufacturing has a global reach. It is distributed through China, Italy, and the United States. As a result, Modula has been able to shift its operations as needed to ensure that it remains active in the face of the pandemic that has completely gripped the globe. Earlier in the year, Modula had its Italian and Chinese businesses impacted, so its United States arm stepped up. Now that the US is dealing with the pandemic, Modula has been able to shift production back to China, where operations are resuming. Modula has been able to apply its experience in dealing with the pandemic to the situation currently faced in the United States. The top goal has always been the safety of customers and staff during the pandemic.
