“A lot of the time we use LinkedIn, just to get in contact with those distributors or end users. But we also come to shows like [MODEX] where we’re able to meet with lots of different people that we might never have been able to meet with.
“We actually also travel a lot, so we post a lot of pictures on Instagram. We’ve had actually some great success with posting on Instagram and on Facebook. But mainly our website is how we go to market.”
Jacqueline Charlesworth of Forklift Safety Innovations joined us on the floor at MODEX 2018 in Atlanta to discuss their 50+ accessories for forklifts, like rearview cameras and quick-change propane valves; as well as how they work with a dealer-distribution network and build social media followings across North America to reach interested clients.
