“We actually just started, over the last year, doing a lot of automation in the [digital] marketing area… We’re still…kind of new to it, so we’re still learning how that can work for us…but so far it’s been extremely effective.”
Doug Card of Kardex Remstar joined us on the floor at MODEX 2018 in Atlanta to discuss their first tote-pay system, the LR-35 vertical buffer module, as opposed to their shelf-based delivery solutions.
Additionally, Doug touched on Kardex’s top marketing techniques: they’ve increased their marketing automation recently through use of an in-house digital CRM. Trade shows where they can show off the entire machine (like MODEX) are of course very popular, and they also spread the word through integrators that sell this particular kind of equipment.
