“To be honest, you can’t beat one-to-one communications: so talking to customers directly and face-time with customers. And we use that a lot to get our feedback from our customers, to shape and…further develop our products, so that communication is essential for us.
“Also…getting the right keywords and putting that typically with a dynamic advertisement…typically having a short video pulling people into looking at the content and then doing the next step, investigating further. But what we see is that dynamic content is really more attractive than static content.”
