Kuecker Pulse Integration, L.P. (or “KPI”) is proud to announce the hiring of four new team members this week. They would like to welcome Tara Smith as the company’s Graphic Designer, Johnathan Holloway as the company’s Site Supervisor, Gary Jones as the company’s Resident Maintenance Technician, and Ryan McDaniel as the company’s Director of Strategic Planning.
ABOUT TARA
Tara joins the KPI family with over 20 years in the field of graphic design, with expertise in brand management and design.
She has held creative positions to include: Graphic Designer for Integré Advertising by Design, and Graphic Designer for Gaffney & Associates where she served clients including Honeywell, and GE. She most recently held the position of Art Director for RocketLawnchair where she uncovered and developed effective mixes of marketing materials to target audiences while continuing building brand awareness and accelerate revenue.
Tara holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a minor in Illustration. She is an expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office platforms. During her time as a freelance Graphic Designer, she also spent time teaching designers Adobe Platforms.
Tara’s experience in the graphic design industry will greatly aid KPI and make her an integral asset to their business.
ABOUT JONATHAN
Johnathan joins the KPI family with over eight years of experience in thorough documentation and project planning solutions. Johnathan is the business owner of Southern Land Woodworks LLC, where he has gained considerable understanding of efficiency, budgets, production process development, and innovation.
He recently held the position of Police Officer for the Columbus Police Department in GA. Through his prior work experience, he has developed skills in conflict resolution, documentation, customer service, and solution development.
Johnathan’s strong leadership capability will be a big help for KPI in their customer renovation and implementation projects.
ABOUT GARY
Gary joins the KPI family with 16+ years of experience in the mechanical technician field. He most recently held the position of Electrical Maintenance Supervisor for APG Colors and Additives, where he was responsible for ensuring machine functionality and all electrical equipment repair.
Gary’s mechanical knowledge and manufacturing experience will greatly aid KPI now and in future endeavors.
ABOUT RYAN
Ryan joins the KPI family with 8+ years of intensive strategic planning experience, along with 18+ years of corporate manufacturing experience. Ryan comes to KPI from Nissan North America, where he worked for over 16 years and held multiple leadership roles. Most recently, he held the position of Regional Director Total Delivered Cost (TdC), where he worked collaboratively with multiple functions including Purchasing, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance to develop and execute a $700M cost reduction activity plan that was focused on breakthrough initiatives.
Ryan holds an MBA from the University of Alabama, and a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering Tennessee State University. His strategic planning experience and leadership capabilities will significantly assist KPI in their strategic planning initiatives.
